How to make Android Bottom Sheet keeps ANY height (which is defined by user stop dragging bottom sheet)?

By default it settles in STATE_EXPANDED, STATE_COLLAPSED etc, but I want user drags it to some height and it keeps it, but bottom sheet goes to one of predefined states (STATE_E
