Nginx control cache not working ( NodeJs and ReactApp on AWS EC2 ubuntu 18.04)

Question

I have my app deployed on AWS EC2 (NodeJS + ReactJS). and I configured Nginx to cache the static files, but whenever testing browser caching still files have cache-control: max-
