Adding a blog to Azure Web App hosted elsewhere on Wordpress (Reverse Proxy)

Question

Its taken me awhile but after lots of reading and hours of trial & error I\'ve got my Azure Web App to show the Wordpress blog (which is hosted elsewhere) as a sub-directory
