T-SQL Count number of specific cells that are empty

Question

I have a Table containing 62 cells, but I need to count specific 21 of them (i.e. ITAdvicedFirst,ITAdvicedSecond,ITDepartmentDone,CFOAdvicedFirst...) but only those which is NOT
