Why does 'clean install' fail with multi-modules project on IntelliJ and how to solve this?

I\'ve created a SpringBoot2.4.2/Maven/Java8 project like this :

  • hr-sprg (parent project 1.0-SNAPSHOT)
    • hr-objects-sprg (module 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT)
    • hr-c
