Does jaxb2-maven-plugin compatible with jaxb binding with simplify extension?

I\'m trying to generate java object out of xsd schema with org.codehaus.mojo:jaxb2-maven-plugin:2.5.0. I\'m not allowed to modified the schema as this is from a vendor.
