PHP Mailer returns PHP Fatal error: Uncaught PHPMailer\PHPMailer\Exception: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate

I saw many similar questions, like my, but never the one, which helps me. I am trying PHPMailer from https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer. I was testing it with xampp server a
