usb3320 phy chip is not getting detected in ZynqMP ultrascale board

I am using zynq ultrascale XCZU11EG-2FFVC1156I and I am trying to interface usb3320 and use it in ulpi mode but i am unable to modify device tree for binding driver correctly. P
