How do I prevent my windows mobile hotspot from defaulting to Static IP

Question

Every time I start a Mobile Hotspot to broadcast my Wifi, instead of using DHCP it automatically goes into Static IP mode and my devices cannot obtain IP Addresses. Any idea how
