Parallels UWP app SSL handshake failed (Certificate verification failed, e.g. CRL, CA or signature check failed)

Question

I\'m trying to run an app that uses mbedtls to connect to a server(SSL/TLS connection).

The UWP app runs from Visual Studio 2019 which runs inside a Parallels VM inside a
