Qt5 5.15 configure -cmake option disappears after updating submodules

Question

I git cloned the Qt5 source, checkout 5.15.1. If I immediately run

./configure  -cmake -opensource -prefix C:\\Qt5\\5.15.1 -nomake tests -nomake examples
