Unable to instantiate org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.metadata.SessionHiveMetaStoreClient with Hive 2.3.7

OS: Windows 10 64 bit Hadoop version: 2.9.2 Hiver version: 2.3.7 Derby version: 10.12.1.1
