Unable to Load module “Framework” arm64-apple-ios.swiftinterface when built with Xcode 11.7

Question

I created a framework with Xcode 11.3 and it worked fine till i updated my Xcode to 11.7 . When i build the framework in my machine and uses it within my machine, it is working
