How to copy just all subdirectories with a specific name within a directory tree to a different directory?

When I need to copy the results folders of my CFD simulations, I go to C:\\CFDSOFTWARE\\Projects\\$CFDPROJECTNMAME\\$CFDSIMULATIONNAME\\results.
