Redis to handle sessions for Ubuntu 16.04, PHP 7.1, ( Codeigniter 3.1.2 and Laravel 5.4.36 )

Full configuration Ubuntu 16.04 PHP 7.1 Codeigniter 3.1.2 and for Laravel 5.4.36

I knew redis is mainly used for caching for I want to use it extensively for sessions.
