ReakTek r8169 driver counter and stats struct and its members types. Should they be le64/le32/etc type for byte ordering

I have a RealTek r8169 driver that I am reading. In it there are hardware related structs and used in DMA. So I have structs for Counter and also Rx Descriptor and Tx Descriptor
