NodeJs Error: spawn C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe; ENOENT while try to run gulp

I need your help to install gulp. When I try to run gulp I have this error message appearing in my PowerShell :

I tried to add \'ComSpec C:\\Windows\\System32\\cm
