SSIS - Error creating package config Constructor on type 'Microsoft.DataTransformationServices.Wizards.DocumentWizardInitializer' not found. (EnvDTE)

I got this error when I push in Add to create package config file. I\'m using Visual Studio 2015. Someone knows why this problem appears normally?
