How to checkout a file in sharepoint using SOAP API and 2FA?

Question

I am migrating a tool that uses the SOAP API to Checkout and Checkin files on a Sharepoint-site from Sharepoint 2013 to Sharepoint 2019. In Sharepoint 2019, 2FA is enabled for a
