Getting import Error in matplotlib when trying to import from pandas using anaconda jupyter notebook and had issues in spyder too…?

I have Anaconda Python installed. I am trying to use matplotlib in spyder and jupiter notebook. When I enter import pandas as pd it works fine, but when I try to im
