Storing a dictionary with random indices as keys and simulated values as values in hdf5 possibly using pytorch?

Question

I have an nd-array of indices, with ~100 million entries. For each entry in this nd-array, I have a simulated value. Of course, I can ravel nd-array into equivalent 1D-array.
