JPA UTC timezone query predicate issue

Question

I am having an issue upgrading Spring Boot Starter Parent from 2.0.9.RELEASE to 2.3.3.RELEASE. To be more specific, I\'ve traced the issue down to migrating from 2.0.9.RELEASE t
