mysqld is using 4CPUs at 100% at all times, server goes down very often

I have a server on AWS ec2, running on Linux centos7. the instance has 10 wordpress sites and we have 220GB storage, 16GB RAM, 4CPUs. We don\'t have an issue with storage or Ram
