Transferring a Windows 10 HDD to a Different PC That is the Same Model and Specification - Will I be Required to Reactivate Win10 or Office2016?

I am thinking of moving my current HDD to a new PC that is the same make and model.

Will I be prompted to activate Windows 10 or Office 2016 again?
