Getting the count of unique values from a dataframe into a dataframe

Question

I have a dataset like so called df [[\'Blue\', \'Male\'],[\'Blue\', \'Male\'],[\'Green\', \'Female\'],[\'Brown\', \'Female\']] (the dataset is much larger) with col
