Strawberry perl, Lyx perl, modules, and Windows 10

Question

On Windows 10 I have Lyx installed, which comes with its own Perl in C:/Program Files (x86)/LyX 2.3/Perl

Then I installed the latest Strawberry Perl on C:/Strawberry.
