How to move ExtJS 4.x app to ExtJS 5.0 by keeping MVC architecture as it is?

I have an ExtJS 4.1.1 app built with MVC architecture. How can I upgrade to ExtJ 5 or ExtJS 6 by keeping the MVC architecture as it is?
