DOS Command to copy multiple files from single source to different destinations (recursively)

Question

Currently trying to write this in bat file.

I have 4 files in a single source folder. INSTALL1.SWM, INSTALL2.SWM, INSTALL3.SWM, INSTALL4.SWM

I want to be able to
