AWS Lambda - .NET Lambda function that calls Cognito takes 10 seconds

Question

I\'ve made a lambda function in .NET Core 3 that authenticates a user. On average, it takes ~10 seconds to run, which is insane to me, as it\'s doing one call to Cognito and som
