Ignore_regexes in sublime 3.2.2 brings up anoying dialog “SFTP Permission denied”

In Sublime 3.2.2 I use "ignore_regexes" within stfp-config.json to ignore a folder that I do not want to upload via FTP when I press "ctrl+s". L
