How to send *|LIST:COMPANY|*, *|LIST:DESCRIPTION|* merge tags data using mandrill?

I\'m using mandrill api to send email with their templates. Everything working fine. But i got stuck in sending some footer merge tags of mailchimp like |LIST:COMPANY|,
