I deleted my .grails folder from my PC and when I opened an application in Intellij IDE, the plugins mentioned in buildConfig.groovy start installing. A few plugins were install

Try to refresh your dependencies:

1. Run "grails clean"
2. Run "grails refresh-dependencies"
