docker: Error response from daemon: Get https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/: Service Unavailable. IN DOCKER , MAC

Question

I am having this issue in my Mac system 10.11.6

In my case, stopping Proxifier fixed it. I added a rule to route any connections from vpnkit.exe as Direct and it now works.
