`ssh` executable not found in any directories in the %PATH%

ERROR:

c:\\Users\\dhawal.vora>vagrant ssh
`ssh` executable not found in any directories in the %PATH% variable. Is an
SSH client installed? Try installing Cyg

Adding C:\Program Files\Git\usr\bin to the PATH environment variable didn't work for me. So I configured PUTTY for ssh connection.
