I dropped general_log table, how do I create it again?

I enabled logging using:

SET GLOBAL general_log = \'ON\';

) ENGINE=CSV DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COMMENT='General log';

Clear table:

TRUNCATE table mysql.general_log;
