hdfs command is deprecated in hadoop

use the cmd c:/hadoop-2.3.0/bin/hdfs to replace c:/hadoop-2.3.0/bin/hadoop

A lot of hdfs cmds are recommended to run with bin/hdfs not bin/hadoop
