Open your fragment_blue.xml layout. Your Button with id rAFloorGoalUp needs to be declared in this file.

When it isn't

Button rAFloorGoalUp = (Button) rootView.findViewById(R.id.rAFloorGoalUp);

will be assigned null and

rAFloorGoalUp.setOnClickListener(...)

will raise a NullPointerException error.
