using on() with hover - jQuery

This is what I have:

$(\'#blah\').hover(function(){
    $(\'etc\').show();
}, function(){
    $(\'etc\').hide();
});

This works just fine, now

Use toggle()

$('#blah').on('hover', function(){
   $('#etc').toggle();
});
