TCPDF_import is not bringing in an existing file

Question

I have a PDF of a blank certificate, I want to fill in two lines when the user completes a course of study, and display the PDF so they can print or download it.

Create a file and call it pdfConcat.php and paste:

files = $files;

     function concat() {
          foreach($this->files AS $file) {
               $pagecount = $this->setSourceFile($file);
               for ($i = 1; $i <= $pagecount; $i++) {

                    $s = $this->getTemplatesize($tplidx);

Usage:

$pdf =& new concat_pdf();
