How to grant a user access to all stored procedures on mysql?

CREATE USER \'my_user\'@\'%\' IDENTIFIED BY \'my_pwd\';
GRANT EXECUTE ON PROCEDURE mydb.* T

GRANT EXECUTE ON mydb.* TO 'my_user'@'%';
