   var nodes = xmlFile.Nodes()
  .OfType()
    .DescendantNodes()
  .OfType()
    .Where(x => x.Name.LocalName == "Event" && x.Attribute("Code").Value.Contains("456"));
foreach (var node in nodes)
{
    Console.WriteLine(node.Attribute("Code"));
}
