Just installed Windows 10 and Eclipse no more starts

Question

I just upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 (both 64-bit) and my previous Eclipse Juno with ADT-plugin for Android development is no longer starting.

All I can see

in the eclipse.ini file just add this line:

--add-modules=java.se.ee

after the --vmargs line
