Here you go! Just use the FileInfo class in the System.IO namespace :)

var fullFilePath = "C:\path\to\some\file.txt";
var fileInfo = new FileInfo(fullFilePath);

Console.WriteLine("The size of the file is: " + fileInfo.Length);
