I have a stored procedure on SQL Server 2000. It contains:
select ... into ##Temp ...
...
drop table ##Temp

When I run the stored procedure

IF (SELECT object_id ='#Temp') IS NOT NULL
BEGIN
   DROP TABLE #Temp
END
