I was experimenting with:

$(\"#FullName\").removeAttr(\'disabled\');

For jQuery version 1.6+ use prop:

$('#elementId').click(function(){
        $('#FullName').prop('disabled', true\false);
});

For older versions of jQuery use attr:

$('#elementId').click(function(){
        $('#FullName').attr('disabled', 'disabled'\'');
});
