If using absolute path, add double slash to path as below.

data = cv2.VideoCapture('C:\Data\MyVideo.mp4')

data.isOpened()

Out[11]: False

data = cv2.VideoCapture('C:\\\Data\\\MyVideo.mp4')

data.isOpened()

Out[13]: True
