Android: how to distribute paid application when paid Google Play is not available in my country

I\'d like to sell my Android application, but I live in Poland and in my country* Android Market supports only free apps (we cannot sell and we cannot buy too).

Another possibility is to register an account with jetcarrier and register the developer account with that address. It should go through, however im uncertain if there's any legal repercussions if you do this.
