In your js (highest integer to lowest):

var div = $('#foo');
var listitems = div.children('div.test').get();
listitems.sort(function (a, b) {
 return (+$(a).attr('data-listing-price') > +$(b).attr('data-listing-price')) ?
  -1 : (+$(a).attr('data-listing-price') < +$(b).attr('data-listing-price')) ? 
   1 : 0;
})
