How to convert an Object {} to an Array [] of key-value pairs in JavaScript

I would suggest this simplest solution to use Object.entries()

var obj = {"1":5,"2":7,"3":0,"4":0,"5":0,"6":0,"7":0,"8":0,"9":0,"10":0,"11":0,"12":0}
var result =Object.entries(obj)

console.log(result);
