I have a JSON request which I\'m posting to a HTTP URL.

Should this be treated as 400 where requestedResource field exists but \"Rom

    From w3.org

    10.4.1 400 Bad Request

    The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. The client SHOULD NOT repeat the request without modifications.
